RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Howdy & thank you so much for shopping with The Sterling Spur. We are an online only western boutique located in West Central Illinois!

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving order.

Clothing items must be unworn with tags still attached. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

Upon receiving the return, either a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount or 100% store credit will be given, whichever option the buyer would like. If the buyer received free shipping on the order, it will be deducted from the refund amount/credit.

All sale barn, pre-order, and jewelry is FINAL SALE.
