When choosing style & size, the size listed is the size the ring sits at. Each ring is adjustable a half size each way. For example size 7 can be adjusted from a size 6.5-7.5! Each ring can be adjusted more, but we do not recommend a huge size jump, as the band can get bent up when trying to adjust.
